Fees and Payment Information

Individual interviews are charged at $175.00 per hour.

First intakes and assessments, are charged at $260.00.

Fees for  Zoom appointments are charged at $150 per hour/$230 for intakes.

Mediation sessions are charged at $240.00 per hour per party.

For each mediation session, two hours is set aside. The fee for each complete meditation for each party is $480.00.

Fees for Zoom appointments are charged at $225 per hour per party ($450 per mediation per party).

Preparation of documents, answering emails, and phone consultations between sessions is charged at $120 per hour.

 This is a discretionary charge, depending on the circumstances of the case, and will be discussed and agreed upon with individual clients in advance. 

Certificates may be requested by either party. $120 per person.

If a mediation session ends early, any unused time will be refunded to both parties.

Payment is required upfront at the time of booking. Sessions will not proceed unless both parties have paid in full. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to qualify for a refund.
